Introduction and implementation of the methods of TQM and strategic planning to support public sector management with the aim to improve the efficiency, quality and performance of public administration.

To become a central source of experience, knowledge and support to public administration management in the field of TQM and strategic planning.

Basic Areas of Work

• Introduction and promoting of the strategic planning system development in the public administration, and administrative function regarding methodological, organizational and information base in this field,
• Revision and administrative function regarding quality policy in public administration,
• Introduction and promoting of quality management systems (ISO, CAF and EFQM) aimed at business excellence and dissemination of good practices in public administration,
• Introduction and promoting of project work in public administration, and administrative function regarding methodological base and information support in the field of project management,
• Target research programs within the workscope of the Ministry.
